  18.                      It having been reported to the Court that John L.

  20.                 Boettner, Jr., of Charleston, West Virginia, has been
  21.  
  22.                 suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court
  23.  
  24.                 of Appeals of West Virginia and this Court by order of
  25.  
  26.                 October 13, 1992, having suspended the said John L.
  27.  
  28.                 Boettner, Jr. from the practice of law in this Court and
  29.  
  30.                 directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause
  31.  
  32.                 why he should not be disbarred;
  33.  
  34.                      And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued
